A simple Formula that can Transform your Life

How can we learn to communicate with the Infinite Power that created us,hat created the entire Universe?

The truth is, we human beings are endowed with wondrous, latent, inner faculties in our heart and in our mind. We can learn to communicate in joy with this eternal, creative, supreme Power and Presence that sustains our life here and beyond forever.

This book is here to open a pathway to your higher faculties. It is revealing to you an invaluable formula, a mode of communication with the Eternal One, who will respond, as a most compassionate friend, mentor and counselor.

New unexpected understanding will be revealed to you. Your questions will be answered. You will know how cherished you are. You will learn how to hold on to this awareness. And as you persevere in this priceless communication with the Source of all Good, you will live in Joy, in Love and inner freedom. You will be blessed with an ongoing intimate personal relationship with the One who supports you and has great plans for you.

You may wonder how I discovered this unique mode of communication that changed my life. It can change your life as well.

Many years ago I took a class in Los Angeles from a wonderful, inspiring woman by the name of Janet Levy.  She was an exceptional example as a most loving counselor and speaker, who taught the art of creating a full, confident and joyful life for ourselves.

Among other teachings, she offered a remarkable formula that she urged us to use in order to resolve the many challenges we face in our life and the lives of others.

“This formula will open doors to your intuitive knowing,” she declared, “It will bring you harmony, inner strength and direction.  To practice it you need to trust and go beyond your doubts and inner resistances.  It is amazingly simple.  Yet it can open doors you never dreamed of.”

So we, her students all wanted to know:  “What is this formula?”

I can still see her loving, peaceful face as she said, “First:  Take a pen in hand and a sheet of paper.  Ready?  Now write a letter addressed to God!  This is a letter of grateful appreciation.  Better yet, let it be a love letter.”

When we first heard this, there was a chorus of objections.  “What am I supposed to say?” “I don’t like to write.” “I’ll sound stupid.”  “What do we do with it?  Take it to the post office? ”

“I promise you, God won’t laugh at you!”, she said with a smile of complete confidence.  “Think of it. How often does God have an opportunity to lovingly communicate with you? Don’t you think He is eagerly waiting for it? Don’t you think He has long awaited the moment you will listen to His answers?

You see, when you choose to write a letter to God, you are walking right past your negative pride or your self doubts, your fears, and your reservations.  You are choosing to trust in the loving awareness of God, this Great Unknown that is standing behind all Creation.     The One who created you with the power of creative Love and awareness created you also to connect with His Awesome Presence through your own love and awareness.

You can pour out your heart as you would to a very best friend or as to the ideal father.  Perhaps the ideal one you wished you would have had.  Unload all your problems and worries, all your fears, disappointments, grudges, heartbreaks and all your shortcomings.  Place your hopes and dreams in His loving attention.  Ask for help in developing trust in His eternal compassion and power to free you.

After you ask, stay still and wait for the answers.  And the amazing thing is, you will find that God does answer! When you open your heart and listen, God’s own understanding will appear in your mind and flow spontaneously.  Clear directions and loving support will be there for you.  These instructions are immensely valuable to you.

Now, most important.  Remember to write down these precious insights before you forget them!  Simply jot them down as they flow through you.  Later these answers will be available to you whenever you need to remember what your Creator was telling you.”

Of course, like most everyone else, I was first resistant to take pen in hand and write this letter.

But I tried it, I wrote my letter to God.

It worked ! !

Soon I had a flow of ideas and practical answers for my life’s situations, written there in black and white on my sheet of paper, accompanied with a sense of inner certainty, harmony and peace.

Words began to flow effortlessly, glowing with healing energy and confidence, I felt reassured and deeply moved.  Here was a level of communication with God that felt natural and easy.  I could pour out all my feelings and questions and, lo and behold, there was a response!

The more I addressed the Beloved, Infinite One and kept listening for the answers and writing them down, the more I was flooded with warmth, comfort and clarity.  The truths cascaded forth like blessed jewels of insight that were healing to me.  Words were pouring in and appearing under my pen effortlessly, with a simplicity and soul meaning that was astonishing.

Writing letters to God can easily carry me into an altered state of consciousness.  And indeed, the most fluent answers are right there before me.

As it is for most of us, these subtle inspirations can come and go like the wind.  Our mind is so restless.  Or let us say, our states of mind are so elusive.  We do not realize how these states are shifting from one moment to the next.  When we are privileged with moments of deep, prayerful intent, inner focus and inspiration, we are gradually lifted into a place of healing peace.  But all too often, suffice one distraction, as slight, irrelevant as it may be, we soon plop down to the ground of our “normal” state of consciousness again.  Sad, but true.  And we lose touch with the content, the feeling and the knowing of our meditative state of true awareness.

We need to protect ourselves within the shelter of peace.  We can do this through our intent to stay there, our intent to get back to it wherever we are pulled away from it.

This book is dedicated to you.  It is here, offering you a way to protect yourself from the stress, the anxieties and fears that plague our existence in this world, and instead to reach out to the Higher Soul awareness that is always there for us.

Daily Torah Quote

Joke of the day

Little Josh was brought to Dr. Gill cause he hadn’t eaten anything for days. Dr. Gill offered him all the goodies he could think of. No luck. He tried a little scolding. It didn’t work. A little pleading, to no avail. Finally he sat down, faced the boy, looked him in the eye. He said, “Look young man, if you can be stubborn, so can I. You’re not going anywhere till you eat something. You can have whatever you want, but only after you have eaten will you leave.” Josh just sat and glared for some time, then said “OK. I’ll eat but I have some conditions. First, I’ll have exactly what I want and exactly how I want it and second you’ll share with me.” Dr. Gill was OK with this. He asked the child what he’d like. “Worms!” said Josh. Dr. Gill was horrified but didn’t want to back out and seem like a loser. So, he ordered a plate of worms to be brought in. “Not that many, just one,” yelled Josh as he saw the plate. So, everything other than one worm was removed. Josh then demanded that the single worm be cut into two pieces and then Dr. Gill eat half. Dr. Gill went through the worst ordeal of his life, and after finishing, barely managing to keep his cool, said, “OK, now eat!” Josh refused as he sobbed, “No way! You ate my half!”
