Help Will Come Through “The Lady of Light”
Hand in hand, Jesse and Daniel are wandering further through open golden fields. They are picking ripe fruits from the trees and feasting on their exquisite taste. Gentle forest animals are trustingly approaching, watching them curiously. Flocks of birds are flying by, their iridescent tail feathers flashing by. Frrt . . . frrrrrrt! . . .
Jesse is thinking intently:
Daniel asks: “Would you like to tell me what is on your mind?”
Jesse blurts out: “Daniel, I must find a way to tell Mommy and Daddy about these fabulous Lands. I want to tell the whole world about it. I must show them the way here! Please, Daniel, help me! Could you?” Jesse is pleading.
“Jesse, I am sorry to have to tell you this, but the way it is now on Earth, most people there are not ready to believe you. They won’t take this seriously and if you insist, they will get frightened and angry and give you a pretty rough time. You see, they are scared of this mysterious power they don’t know. They imagine all kinds of awful things. They just don’t trust in the Great Love from Above.”
“But there must be a way to make them understand!” Jesse protests. “I know there must be a way!”
For the first time in these Lands, Jesse is feeling anguished.
“If only people on Earth could come here for just one moment they would never be mean to anyone again. They would never be able to break each other’s hearts!”
“True,” Daniel agrees with a nod.
After some moments Jesse speaks with quiet determination: “I must go back. I must find a way to tell them.”
Daniel gives Jesse a big hug.
“My beautiful friend, I like your wish and a wish like this is always welcome here. Of course you will need some help. Let’s see what we can do about it.”
He listens inside his head for a while and then says:
“Your help will come through a messenger.
The messenger of the All Mighty One that you call ‘The Lady of Light’.”
Jesse had hoped to meet her all along during his adventures.
“The Lady of Light! Oh! Yes! The Lady of Light!” he cries out!
Daniel continues:
“She has known you for a long time. She knew you even way before you were born on Earth. With great love this ancient soul has been watching over you.”
“Oh! Yes! Yes! I could feel this when she looked at me!”
Daniel announces: “On Earth, she was called Rachel.”
Jesse is now puzzled. “On Earth … Rachel …You mean she was living on Earth? But how could anyone so beautiful ever have lived on Earth…”
Daniel is smiling:
“When we live in the higher worlds of Light we appear in a way that shows better who we really are. On Earth, we hardly know each other. We don’t see the beauty of the soul. It is hidden.”
“The Lady of Light!… Daniel, let’s go to her right now.”
“One moment, Jesse. She and her companions live in worlds higher than those we are enjoying now. There the light is so powerful that we can’t go there yet. We need an invitation. But when we are ready, she will come with her companions and will visit with us. They have a way of making their light much softer for us.”
Jesse is thrilled. “Oh! Please tell me: When?.. How?…”
“It will happen when the right time comes.”
Jesse can see that his friend won’t say anything more about it.
“Now Jesse, would you like to come visit the waterfalls?” Daniel suggests. Hand in hand they are walking along the banks of a flowing stream of crystal clear waters. Jesse has one more question to ask:
“How come I was allowed to enter these amazing Lands? No one else has ever told me about them.”
“My dear little friend, you took a shortcut.”
“A shortcut? How did I do that?”
“Well, Jesse, do you remember your magical moments of deep quiet in your favorite place near the lake? The stillness… the beauty… you were in awe…This is how the Lady of Light could appear to you. And because you trusted in her message, and persisted in spite of all the troubles people gave you, she was able to help you further. You came here in your own unique way, just as everyone is meant to find their own special way.”
“Oh? What other special way can people have?”
“You see, Jesse, somehow a way to understand opens for us when we really want to know, with all our heart, why we are created and why we are here ~ ~ ~
Sometimes this happens when people are in pain, going through a crisis. Then they cry out for help from Above, they open to it and somehow receive it. Sometimes this happens when people are trying to help others in great need. They ask for the strength and courage to rescue them, and they receive it, deep within, with a certain trust ~ a good feeling.
Most people on Earth cannot see the Worlds of Light. But they can taste some of the Joy, the Love, the Confidence and Peace that is part of these realms of Beauty. These feelings are the most precious gifts from Heaven. These are made accessible to us all. “
As Jesse thought about all this, the two friends are drawing closer to the waterfalls.
